Survival DAZE is for all Freshman and Transfers and takes place during the first week of school every Fall. It's an awesome week full of fun events to get you plugged in, meet new people, and get started right! Our base of operations is the BCM building, located in the brick building at the corner of Chandler Road and Harvey Street (across the street from Eagle Village and Centennial Place).

For your $25 registration fee ($20 if you pay before Aug 1), all activities, food, material, a great tshirt, etc. is provided! Sign up on-line under the register tab or send your check to BCM, Ga Southern, Box 8117, S'boro 30460

The dates are August 13--22: We will be at Move in day, have a drop in on Saturday afternoon, take you to a local church for worship and lunch on Sunday, have activities all week, including a day at the beach and a low country boil, take you to a different church for worship and lunch the following Sunday and start your time off at GA Southern in an AWESOME way! We will show you to your classes, give you advise about "SURVIVAL" at Georgia Southern, and introduce you to a whole new "family:" with an upper class "mom, dad, aunt and uncle," and fellow freshmen or transfer students to help you adjust to life at GSU.

Sunday:
     10am at BCM for light Breakfast and then to local church for worship and lunch
     7pm: Campus Scavenger hunt and party food
     --find out where your classes are, learn tips for GA Southern Survival! Monday:
      7pm--Survival DAZE kickoff: Throwback night and pizza party at BCM Tuesday:
     Welcome Cookout (7pm) before Primetime (8pm) at BCM
     Battleball at the RAC from 9:15-11
Wednesday:
     12 and 1: Luncheon at BCM
     8pm: Food fight on grass behind BCM center!
Thursday:
     FAT: 7pm Freshman And Transfer Thursday at Russell Union!
Friday:
     Free day/ hang out with family groups
Saturday:
     10am--Trip to Savannah! With Low Country Boil that night at 6
Sunday morning:
     meet at 8am at BCM for light breakfast then to Eastern Heights for 8:30 worship and brunch!
