LOVE
God is a God of
relationship. He loves us and gives us
the ability to love ourselves. He commands
us to love one another. Our 1st
priority is to love God and then to make His love known. Whether you are
already a Christian, a new believer or simply curious about the Christian
faith, you can find a place of acceptance and growth at the BCM.
GROW
Relationships are like bread and water to a college student. You need them to survive. The heart and soul of the BCM are the close friendships built upon a heart relationship with Christ. We plan a number of groups, activities, parties, studies, and get-togethers, but the purpose of it all is to experience the true meaning of Christian love and family--worshipping Christ with every aspect of our lives and becoming a fully developed follower of Christ. We have small group discipleship, one on one accountability partners, and we lift one another up in prayer, striving for the high calling in Christ.
IMPACT
Make the most of the friendships waiting for you! We participate in the full life of the campus: from every intramural you can think of to the full range of student volunteerism and community/campus service. Use your experiences and talents to change your world! The BCM provides local, national, and international opportunities for students to IMPACT the world around you. You can teach English as a second language, rebuild homes and communities, and lead younger students in games and activities. Every year students grow in their faith, develop leadership skills, and build friendships on a deeper level as they share the love of Christ here at Georgia Southern, in the Statesboro community and literally around the world
